REALLY paying attention to my eating. Following SBD phase 2.
I am allowing myself one day t have some sort of flour related carb. generally on Sundays. I know myself. If I make this law I will give UP!
I also know I MUST not have grain related carbs daily. It just spirals out of control. THAT is was pushed me into gaining over the summer. Bread, ice-cream, bread, pasta, bread...see a pattern here???
SO thankful to have my fall routine in order. Routine works for me!

. Her site is fantastic and fun BUT her workouts are for those that can handle a more rigorous routine. I couldn't walk after trying it for 2 days. BACK to WATP.
WHY do I try other things when I KNOW this works??? For someone who likes routine I sure get bored with work outs??
Went down to 225.9 this week. VERY happy about that!
Worked out W, Th, Sa and hopefully tomorrow. I have hand surgery Monday and i REFUSED to use that as an excuse. I KNOW what I can do...and I know I often use illness as an excuse!
So Spark friends...the girl is back! I REALLY want to keep this momentum going!!!
