Day 7

Ok so tomorrow is my weigh in day. I'm both extremely excited and very anxious. I'm excited to see how i did, but I'm anxious because im afraid i didnt lose anything. And that would be very discouraging. I've done so well. I have met all of my workout goals and only went over my calories twice, once wasnt by much. I think that is great for my first week. I know that if the scale says i lost nothing it'll be just because my body is trying to adjust to the changes. But it will still be discouraging. So i'm praying i will have lost something. ANYTHING.

    Don't forget! There's more than just the numbers on the scale. Clothes will fit better, you'll have more energy and your body is a partner in all this, not an opponent. Think about your knees and feet/legs, for example, and how they move you around no matter how much weight you put on; your body does its best for you every day.

I'm sure you will do fine but don't forget to eat enough (at least 1200 calories a day or your body will go into "starvation" mode and not lose) and have fun!
