Ok so tomorrow is my weigh in day. I'm both extremely excited and very anxious. I'm excited to see how i did, but I'm anxious because im afraid i didnt lose anything. And that would be very discouraging. I've done so well. I have met all of my workout goals and only went over my calories twice, once wasnt by much. I think that is great for my first week. I know that if the scale says i lost nothing it'll be just because my body is trying to adjust to the changes. But it will still be discouraging. So i'm praying i will have lost something. ANYTHING.
