Well, the summer is almost over, fall is around the corner... My maternity leave is over, I Went bak to work in a new position! Now's the time to get back to basic!
My weightloss slowed down this summer.. I still exercised and tracked everything every single week.. But I know I could have done better... But you know what? I'm glad I did, I loooooved my summer, I spent a lot of time with my kids, family and friend and enjoyed every single minute of it!
But now, it's time to kick my weightloss up a notch and get that number on the scale to got down!
So here's my plan:
1 - Measure, measure, measure... I got lazy toward the end of the summer, I eyebaled a lot of things!
2 - Keep up with my workout schedule... I do zumba for an hour on tuesday and thursday, I go out for a 4 km run on wednesday with a friend, and now I plan to go swimming at least once a week during lunch hour at work with one of my co-worker
3 - STRENGHT TRAINNiNG!!!!! I used to love strenght trainning but I one point this summer I dropped it.. Don't know why, don't know when but it's time to bring it back!!!
So there it is... My getting back to basic time!!!
