Goals and such

I am trying my best to meet the goals that I set for myself each week. So far, so good. I am learning not to go for the moon and then give up when the goal is never attained. This week, I have exercised like I wanted to, even surpassed my mileage. It feels good to get up in the morning and move a little bit, even if it is just a mile or so on the treadmill. emoticon

One goal that is hard for me is to not mindlessly snack at night. But I can work on that. emoticon

I will be at two weeks at SparkPeople on Tuesday. emoticon

    I know you probably don't want to hear it, but it all takes time. Working on one thing at a time is a lot easier than jumping all in and becoming discouraged because you can't keep up with all of those things.

I like your approach and it's good that you are already upping your exercise goals.

Working on mindless snacking is kind of hard. I don't usually have a problem after supper, but now at work --- that's a different story. It doesn't help that I share office space with another mindless snacker...
