I am trying my best to meet the goals that I set for myself each week. So far, so good. I am learning not to go for the moon and then give up when the goal is never attained. This week, I have exercised like I wanted to, even surpassed my mileage. It feels good to get up in the morning and move a little bit, even if it is just a mile or so on the treadmill.
One goal that is hard for me is to not mindlessly snack at night. But I can work on that.
I will be at two weeks at SparkPeople on Tuesday.
