Started off the morning with a great plan for the weekend -- so far, so good. The food thing got a little tricky as I indulged a bit this morning, but that seems to be righting itself as the day continues. I've got the rest of the day and tomorrow planned out for meals, so that helps. Got a hike in this morning -- felt great! And I think I'm ready to graduate up from my 'modified short hike' to my regular 'short hike' -- so I'm quite excited about my cardio progress over the last week.
Time to work on some more house chore goals for the weekend including ORGANIZING my office. Ugh! I'm going to set the kitchen timer for an hour and then take a break and reassess. It's too hot outside today to be doing much else anyways. PLANNING for me requires lists .. so today's house chore list includes the following -- well really these are for the remainder of the weekend.
Remaining stuff on the list:
Vacuum -- whee!
Pay bills and clean off kitchen counter of old mail.
Bring items for donation to goodwill.
Finish vacation photobook of croatia/bosnia (want to use my 40% off coupon before it expires!).
Depending on how productive the day ends up -- I may go ballroom dancing again tonight! (gotta break in the new shoes!)
Whew. Looks like lots to do this weekend -- hence the earlier than usual blog entry for the day. But keeping up with the exercise goals I outlined, and my daily tracking and daily blogging goals -- 8 days down. 22 to go!
