So. Everyday Im having about 10-15 mins of activity. Mostly working with weights. I hope to slowly buildup to at least 30 mins a day, but I have to start slowly if I want to keep it up for longer. I hate to think about cardio, nope still not the time for it. Im glad to have started the healthier lifestyle, I just pray I will keep it up. Cos hmm, its not like I hate my body, yes its bit too flabby but its mine, i serves me good and it will stay with me for few more decades, hating it would be kind of pointless :)
