Here I go again -- trying number ??? -- I have been doing this so long I do not even want to think about what number try this is. Hopefully it will not get derailed with other events - knee surgery, ankle surgery and arthritis. Hopefully I will figure a way to do this because the alternative is to start taking medication for high blood pressure and if I can control it with diet that would be best.
So far so good but I feel like I am spending so much time sitting in front of the computer and reading when I could be walking or exercising. It is just frustrating but hopefully once I have everything set up it will be easier in the future.

    Taking one day at a time is one of the keys to success (in anything you are trying to do). There was a time when I felt I was spending way too much time on the computer and not enough "me" time to implement my program. I started setting a timer for 30 minutes when I was on the computer. What I didn't get done in that amount of time I tried to get back to the computer later.....after I got my exercise in and my meal plans. Best of luck on your journey to a healthier you. Remember one day at a time and do the best you can...being honest with yourself. emoticon

    Like you I have been trying many times mostly succeeding and trying again. Sometimes I simply derail myself. But I am also back again...tracking my food and walking will get back on track as well! I know it will get easier...it has to! emoticon
