So yay!!! Finally some good results!! Lets just hope they continue in this direction!!!
I have been thinking lately about something that has really scared me from the beginning and that is excess skin. Is there really any way to avoid excess skin? I know that I am never going to be able to afford surgery to remove it. So am I still going to be ugly even after I lose this weight? Its just really been on the front of my mind and it scares me! I think I am going to find some good exercises for my lower abs and will keep working on my arms...they are not near as bad as my inner thighs and lower belly. Anyway..it is Satuday. Have a birthday party planned for my dad. We are having chili which isn't too bad on calories. Just have to stay away from the cheese and sour cream! And the birthday cake or cookie, not sure what mom's getting! I will be good! Then I will try to get a workout in before enjoying movie night with my kiddo and hubby! I hope that everyone has a great day!!

  I've read excess skin issues are impacted by the amount of weight you have lost and how quickly, genetics, and the elasticity of your skin. Some folks report strength training throughout the weight loss phase has helped them greatly.

I'd much rather have some loose skin rather that the fat that has made the skin taught.
