Too much and not enough.

In the first week of BLC20 I have learned several things.
#1. I eat too much bread. I love bread. I love it as toast, in sandwiches, for a snack....I love it way too much.
#2. I do NOT eat enough vegetables!!
#3. I also do NOT get enough exercise.
I need to cut back in one area and increase in 2. I can do it.
Off to the grocery store!
