It's been almost a month since I last blogged, mostly because I've been stressed and busy and way off track.
I decided to blog this morning because I discovered I just ate 500 calories worth of cheese on the way home from the store. Really? What the hell is wrong with me?
I don't know how much I weigh but I know I've gained back a lot. I feel it in my clothes, my knees, my fat little face. All I want to do in my free time is sleep.
I want to give up. This is futile, losing and regaining the same 20 pounds, but I'm tired of feeling like crap. That will be my catalyst to move back to a healthier lifestyle.
1. Plan and track all food
2. Drink 10 glasses of water/day
That's it. Keep it simple and build on it.
Here we go, one more time!
