I have been using the nutrition tracker religiously for a few weeks now and have seen some weight finally start to come off. Yea! The daily feedback charts really helped me to see some of my favorites as not helpful to eat when trying to lose weight. I have changed from eating granola in the morning to eating oatmeal. These two are fairly equivalent in keeping me feeling full but the oatmeal has way fewer calories. 250 calores saved every day. I also have finally ditched my coffee/creamer. I really don't like coffee without creamer and a lot of it. I decided I would rather be thin and not hungry all the time than drink my coffee every morning. 250 more calories saved every day!
Am so excited to have lost even a little weight. I am hopeful that if I just keep doing what I am doing now, that I will continue losing.
