After a successful week getting into a good healthy routine and attending (and loving!) my first OA meeting tomorrow I face a huge challenge: a day at a fall festival with my parents. I have no idea what the food options will be so I have no way to plan and I'm overwhelmed, worried really. My pop is hard to say no to and will be quick with the "oh it won't hurt! Just enjoy the day!"
I'm still not sure how to prepare. I'm out of town, don't have my normal cabinet and fridge to draw from and having no clue what tomorrow will bring food wise is scary. It's not even been a week. I can count on the usual fair food temptations - so many of which I love - oh help...
Advice and encouragement very welcome.
