Exercise-Countering my excuses

OK so my biggest excuse is time. I want to commit to 10 minutes a day at the start of the day. If I have more time fine. I can also add 10 minute watch at lunch and another ten minutes walking when I get home. I always have an excuse-too tired, too little time, just ate. I need to schedule this and put it on my calendar. Hope I can turn this in to a habit because I always feel better if I do exercise.
