These instruction will definitely help you to live a sparkled day in all your sparkiness.

1. Smile a lot.
2. Practice random acts of kindness.
3. Give someone a hug.
4. Laugh out loud.
5. Do at least one positive thing for yourself.
6. Do at least one positive thing for someone else.
7. Give a goodie to your Spark friends.
8. Give someone praise.
9. Give yourself praise.
10.Make someone smile.
11. Make yourself smile.
12. Laugh at yourself.
13. Look at yourself in the mirror and smile.
14. Sing out loud. (Even if you can't sing.)
15. Pick one thing that's positive about yourself, write it down and look at it often.
16. Send this list to your Spark friends.

    Great post--so much of what we do here is very ALL ABOUT US..this is about US but not really about us....ya know??
It helps me realize that the true secret of being a happy person--is to A) keep in control of the food!!! :)

Don't be so hard on yourself. It could just be how you feel that makes it difficult or maybe you are shy. Just practice doing one of the things on the list. Once you keep it up, you can add another. one step at a time. I don't think you are doing so bad. This blog put a smile on my face. You logged into spark people. That is one positive thing you have done for yourself today. You are a supportive pepper. Being supportive is doing something kind for someone else. See, there is a few things off the list already!
