So... today's pre-challenge activity is to figure out what our 5% goal is, and then adjust our goals on SP to calculate our calorie allocations appropriately:
5% Goal: 12 lbs.
Current Weight: 239.4 lbs.
Target Weight: 227.4 lbs.
Goal to eat 1380 - 1730 calories per day
Goal to burn 820 calories per week
Goal to go from 239 to 227 by 11/24/2012
