New goal I’ve set for myself…

In order to lose 15 pounds before January 1, 2013 which will put me at my first goal to reach 199 pounds -- all I need to do is lose 5 pounds per-month…that seems realistic in my book, as long as I apply more discipline to my food intake options and keep walking regularly….What do some of you think?


And I think I might do something cute and creative like this picture...Too Cute!!!
