Well this week I decided to start up with my P90X dvds that were given to me. I had not done this before because finding the workout schedule for them was not an easy task originally. I then found someone had posted them online, and then the app for the iPhone worked to add them to my calendar for free---Awesome on both fronts!! So, I have decided to stop the JM Body Revolution and go with the P90X. The main reason isn't because I think the JM BR is bad, but there is something in those exercises--not my running anymore with the new shoes---that sets my hip on fire. I have had to take breaks and start back from the beginning again with them twice. I haven't experienced this in my week of P90X, so I feel I can be more successful completing it.

So, hopefully I can find a taker for the BR. I posted to my local yardsale FB, and maybe can get a taker--someone who can benefit from it more than I could :). Fingers crossed gals and guys :). I hate to part with it, because I love JM, but I would hate more for it to collect dust on my shelf from non-use, than to see it go.

I am also excited to say it is Friday!! Whoohoo! And my big accomplishment for the week is:

We went to our local fair yesterday evening to see friends and listen to music. That was the good part. The even better part is I passed up buying me treat of all treats- funnel cake!! I can down the whole thing by myself if I allow it. The hubby even asked if I wanted to get cash since he knows that I like to get that when we go, and I said nope that I would be just fine without it :).

  Hope it was just the intensity of the JM workouts the bothered your hip. i know what a bother that kind of thing can be. I just had to get my hip replaced because of pain and lack of flexibility and recovery is hard.
