Tracking but I still hate to blog.

Since I haven't written anything, I still hate to blog. I hated to track but I am doing it more often. Once thing about tracking, I noticed that the more I track the more points I get and the more points I get the more I want to exercise. Not only exercise for points, but exercise because I like it. I never thought I'd hear myself say that I like to exercise.

Next blog will be about exercising. Maybe this blogging isn't so bad after all. emoticon

    Not everyone blogs. And then there are those who blog everyday.....I for one blog when I have something to say or share. I do comment on others blogs and threads from teams I'm on. You did good for your fist blog...... emoticon

    "To blog or not to blog that is the question." I did at first but found I had little to blog about, so only infresuently do so now. It is up to you. emoticon

    You may hate to blog but I loooove reading blogs for inspiration, guidance, and pep. So hop to it sista! I am looking forward to your next blog about your new found love for exercise because I hope it's catchy.

    I agree with Azure. I think it's absurd to be expected to blog every day or we should do it for points. I blog if and only if I have something worth reading. Obviously, this is different for everyone.

    There's no rule or law that says you have to blog. I've been a SP member for a long time and have only 1 blog entry. Since the blogs are public, and I'm a very private person, I see no reason to share my life with others.

    I do occasionally read others' blogs & might make a comment, but as a rule, I don't spend a lot of time reading blogs.

    I agree, I hate to track and blog. I'm starting to blog in order to make myself accountable. Tracking is something I never want to do. But I think it would help to know how many carbs, fats, and proteins you are consuming. Maybe someday I will track. Good luck.
