I am sitting in a class observing (this is for the month of September; I hopefully start student teaching in Oct.), and it is FREEZING!!!
On a good note, I have been pretty good with exercising and diet this month, and I have dropped four pounds (as of last weekend - two pounds per week!). I am not sure I will lose any this week, because Sunday was my birthday and my mom was visiting, so I fell off a little on the exercise and food fronts. I am still pushing myself to exercise when I don't want to...that's really where I need to focus to lose. I hate to sweat and I hate to get out of breath, so this is quite hard for me. I figure if I stay on track, I should be at my goal weight sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas. That is enough of an incentive to keep me going -- I really don't want to take this weight loss thing into a third year!
The only thing that really concerns me is how I will take a class and do student teaching starting Oct. 1 and keep exercising and watching my food. I hope I can do it!
