I'm feeling pretty good about working out. Yesterday I did the 30 min treadmill. I increased the incline to 2% for 10 min and 5% for 10 min to see if that would help the shins. It did help, but they still hurt. Also, the added incline made me have to slow down for a little while in the middle. I hate that because 2.6mph seems soooo sloooww anyway.
Today I do the circuit stuff and the treadmill. I think I'm going to go do the treadmill part at lunch, then after work do 5-10min on the treadmill to warm up my muscles and then do the strength stuff. Hopefully since its Friday, the gym will be empty again.
I guess since I won't be at the gym this weekend, I will go ahead and do 30 min on the elliptical each day or something equivalent. I've been debating on making the drive to do the circuit on Sunday, since I'll be out of town Friday. Then I could do the circuit Sun, Tues, Thursday and not really miss any days until next weekend.
