I have realized that without sugar and junk, I have a little trouble reaching my calorie goals. I'm just not that hungry. I've made my nutrition range all week but I've been at the low end.
However, this morning I made my typical eggs, toast, and turkey sausage but I just was not hungry. I knew that I needed to eat but it just wasn't setting with me and I ended up eating some yogurt instead. But that's really putting me behind in my calories for the day.
I'm not sure if I'm just burned out on that meal, getting sick, or if I'm simply not hungry?
