Setting some goals

To help overcome the struggles, I am setting a few goals. I typically am drinking water, tracking my food, exercising.
Short-term goal: Between 9/21 (today) and 9/30 (next Sunday), I will stick to the calorie & carb range assigned to me 3 days out of the next 9 days.
Long-term goal: There are three months left this year. I am not sure what to expect of my self, but I would like to lose 10 lbs over the next three months (Oct-Nov-Dec). This may be too "easy" but we shall see.
It feels good to not be floating goal-less.
