Last weigh in I gained 2 lbs!! Gained!! UGH! I thought no loss was bad enough, but to gain is a total slap in the face!
I must be doing something wrong, and I think I'm not exercising enough. I've been doing the C25k thing and thinking that would be enough, with my usual routine on the in-between days... But the scale tells me I was mistaken! It sucks. :(
Tomorrow is my weigh day again. I'm dreading it. I might just skip weighing myself.. (I say that, but I always do it anyway.. but this time I will fight the urge!) Tomorrow is also the last day of week 4 for my C25k program, I think I'll step things up a lot more next week and feel more confident about getting on the scale.
I was so bummed at the 2 lb gain I even cheated twice on my "diet".. Sugary pumpkin bread (that was more like a doughnut, tasted a bit like an apple fritter really!) and pumpkin pancakes, to use up the extra pumpkin from making the bread. *sigh* I don't know why I did that though, the recipe was one I wanted to try for a while, but I could have waited for my normal "cheat day" to try it. Neither made me feel better, I don't think anything will, except maybe getting better results!
Well, just wanted to jot this hurdle down before I sleep. I know I can do better, and I fully intend to! :)
