I need some sort of intro to blogging class...
So far things are going okay. Starting into week 2! I love the app for tracking my food. I haven't been super exact with it, but i try to pick the closest option or choose something that might be a little over. I went over in my calories one day mostly due to my poor choice in starbucks beverage, which is biggest downfall. My job is home health, which leaves me driving house to house all day. Each day i have a 1-2 hour break (or 2 breaks) where i end up doing my paperwork at starbucks (also the best in bathrooms for those who work out of their cars!). I am trying to limit myself strictly to iced coffees rather than a sugary mocha. I had 2 of those this week though. It's pretty sad when you look at your pie chart for what you ate that day and 1/4 of it is a drink :/ I have been able to avoid the pastry case though and that is an accomplishment for me, so i'm happy about that. I'm just hoping to stay strong and continue in the right direction while still enjoying some tasty things!!
