So its the end of the first real serious week of changing habbits, and I'm excited to see how I keep this up. In the past I would do great for a few days, and then something out of the normal schedual would come up such as a few days out of town or the state fair and I would "fall off the wagon". Tomorrow I am taking a trip to my mothers, to visit her and my aunt and cousin who are driving up from LI. It should be a really special weekend. I'm nervous I won't eat right, and partly I'm expecting it, cause a life style change is not about everyday being perfect its about learning to live with the not so perfect days and keep going when they're over. I just want to be honest, and tell myself I should still enter what I eat tomorrow, regardless if its healthy or not, portion control or not, and over calorie range or not. I'm just going to keep up with my fast break goals.
