Yeah made it through. lol. i switched up my meals today. took advantage of sparkpeople recipes and found to great meals. tried one for lunch today and going to try the other tomorrow. i would like to be sure to keep it switched up. cause ive noticed that i feel more full, less bored, and a lot less like im on a diet. and i think that will really help me stay within my calories. which i did today. did my mile again right away this morning and got my 30min of strength training in this evening. right on track. im above my calorie burn. so i need to keep an eye out for that because i dont want my body to think or actually begins starving. I feel strong in my determination to do this. Im trying to do it right. i want to develop a habit to last the rest of my life. something my daughter can learn and develop a habit to as well. I love this site. it is so helpful. i love the teams for support, the recipes for great ideas, the articles for information, the trackers to know what im doing, and the blogs so i can sum up my day for myself. i think in a way i use it as a journal and thats probably a good thing. i can get my thoughts out and get feedback on it, which only causes me to learn and grow more in my new lifestyle. The best part of all of it. My boyfriend LOVES the new meals. He knows its healthier but he loves it anyways. the new tastes and knowing its ok to eat its up. and with my little girl just starting to eat table food. it makes it soo much easier to have meals that she can eat with us, and she loves it. I notice she eats more when she is eating the same thing we are. Well thats it to report for today. Good Luck all.
