JUst a quick blog, nothing deep or crazy.
Decided to do measurements today, to feel better. It helped. Won't list them all on here, but I feel like my waist and hips are down (even if my arms are up)
Working on the arms, though. Started doing 100 push ups challenge, which will help with the tone I lost before. I've also started doing this belly dancing dvd for fun, less of a workout plan than a new hobby to try.
It IS a workout, I've found. So far I'm only working on the hand and arm movements, and I'm getting a crazy burn. It's also pretty good for something to do when I'm sitting around bored. Takes no equipment, doesn't get me all hot and sweaty and the more practice I do, the better I'll get at it.
And it's fun. Really fun.
In other news, I took a picture the other day and decided to crop it together with my first spark picture. Not that I've gone down all that much since then, but I like to think I look different, and am heavy, but in a different way.
(By the way, saw 243.4 this morning and jumped up and down, rechecking a half dozen times. THIS IS SUCH A GOOD WEEK FOR ME)
