In the Summer I wanted to lose 10% of my initial weight by July or so, and by September to lose a total of 30 pounds.
Well it didn't quite happen that way.
but, I have lost 10% of my initial weight. It took me 15 months but I am very grateful to be here anyways. so now instead of 250 pounds and very little energy I weight 225 pounds and lots more energy.
I have only lost 25 pounds.
But I have lots more energy, my knees and back don't hurt as much. I can move around easier, I get colder easier (my biggest complaint about weighing less lol), I have more confidence in what my body can do, I take better care of myself, I am losing inches, I having gained stamina and strength.
So I hope to take it to the next level.
Hopefully I would like to lose the last 5 pounds by October 31st.
