My Last Mistake, That Threw Me Off Track

Thursday, September 20, 2012

Last night, instead of keeping my computer shut off, I fired it up,
and worked on it, for a few hours. Those hours, when I should have
been asleep, and recovering from a busy day, were spent tiring
myself out, even more ! I was tired, today. I'll make sure to have my
evening walk, but then, it's " Lights out " !

Mistakes are opportunities to learn. You have learned, and are taking the necessary steps to return where you want to be-a better place. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

There is a belief to call a HALT..Do not let yourself become too hungry, angry, lonely or tired..these conditions can set you up for failure and lead to over eating among other things. I am tired today I can easily relate...Get some rest!

I know how wired the computer makes me, I shut it down before 6:00 otherwise, I just can not relax and get to sleep.
