It's been a frightening few weeks on the scale with the number getting bigger instead of smaller. If I am really serious about losing weight, I have to do the work. Now is the time! I have no problem with exercising as I go to the gym and do Zumba or elliptical. I also do other activities such as riding bike or spin class or walking. I do wish I liked jogging. Maybe that will come some day. I think my main problem is I like food. My husband and I are pretty good cooks so we tend to eat too much. We are cooking healthy too, but we all know too much of a good thing is bad.
