Yesterday, I just wasn't feeling it. I did everything I normally do. I got up and ran 1.26 miles in 19 minutes. Packed a healthy lunch. Attempted to eat it. I just wasn't feeling it. I ate a decent supper. For once, didn't need an evening snack. Stayed within calorie range.
Today is a better day. I'm feeling good about my journey. I have no cravings of potato chips and ice cream. I ate a good breakfast, and had a decent lunch. I lifted weights for 40 minutes this morning...leg routine.
I'm proud of myself for not going off track yesterday. I stuck with my plan even feeling the way I did. It was a good thing that I didn't have potato chips or ice cream at home. I would have went off track. It shows that I have grown in this journey. That I can make good choices even when I'm not feeling it.
I set a new goal for myself this morning...drink 12 glasses of water...96 oz. When I restarted this journey in June, I was drinking 96 oz of water a day. I've greatly slacked off in drinking my water. There were days that I only drank 32 oz. Well not anymore. So far today, 32 oz done. I'm on my 2nd 32 oz. So go me!
