Day 1 on Sparkpeople

I have heard about Sparkpeople from many different sources. I have been working out at my local gym for 4 months now and after plateauing I finally decided to join. There have have several struggles in my weight lose. #1 after losing 7 pounds I havent lost a thing. I know its because I hvaen't changed my eating habits, but I am ready to take the next step. By joining I am really hoping to track my calories and gain a community that will hold me accountable for all the things I eat that I should not. My support team at home is really good but when I fall down and eat something I shouldnt they are all way to forgiving. I really need some one that will hold me accountable for what I put into my body. I really need this change. This is my last chance if i can't lose the weight this time I fear I never will.

  Welcome! I love the trackers give those a try. emoticon I know it is silly but the little trophies you get for working out and the spark-points keep me motivated!.

So glad you decided to join SP - you will find tons of motivators and great ways to help you change up your routines (eating, exercise, and everything else) to help you break through this plateau and any other obstacle you run into!
I suggest you start with the food tracker!
