Day 1 on Sparkpeople

I have heard about Sparkpeople from many different sources. I have been working out at my local gym for 4 months now and after plateauing I finally decided to join. There have have several struggles in my weight lose. #1 after losing 7 pounds I havent lost a thing. I know its because I hvaen't changed my eating habits, but I am ready to take the next step. By joining sparkpeople.com I am really hoping to track my calories and gain a community that will hold me accountable for all the things I eat that I should not. My support team at home is really good but when I fall down and eat something I shouldnt they are all way to forgiving. I really need some one that will hold me accountable for what I put into my body. I really need this change. This is my last chance if i can't lose the weight this time I fear I never will.
