We discussed my weight training and cardio and I found out that the computer that monitors the machines only allow for 30 minutes on the cardio machines but I could stop the machine when it goes into cool down and begin another 30 minutes if that is what I want to do. My trainer has now set up a upper body, lower body and combination weight machine program that I can choose from each one has 11 exercises for me to do so I am excited to begin. I'll be burning off this weight in no time.
