Are we excited yet? We're almost down to 100 days left in the year!
Guess what? I got my second wind yesterday evening, so it turned out not to be a rest day. I worked tris and chest. I normally post the workout in my blog, but I'm on my smartphone :p If you're curious, my fitness tracker is public.
I'm patiently waiting on results from my hard work. I did drop the 2 pounds of water weight from my high sodium meal on Tuesday. Hurrah! Looking forward to Zumba tonight!?
