What Motivates YOU????

Here I am, with a clean slate - yup! I deleted all my old blogs, my accomplishments, etc. and am starting over. . .

I'm no longer the "old" me - this is the brand new me and I'm ready for action.

Joined the 5% Fall Challenge Team and I have my work cut out for me. I'm to lose 11.4 lbs. by Nov. 17. Doable. But I have to do the work!

There are so many motivators - revenge, marriage, vanity, you name it.

But the only one that keeps you going and on track is YOURSELF. You start to build self-confidence with consistency and as you see improvement, you start to like yourself even more!

It takes discipline and determination, but we all have that - we just have to connect to our inner power each time we wobble.

My mother's advice was the best. Just don't spend time thinking about it - GET DOWN AND DO IT. It's an automatic response that becomes easier with practice.
