True to form, I managed to lose about half a pound in two weeks. Sigh! I tell myself that I am replacing fat with muscle and that is why progress is so slow. But it is progress.
Training for the Tower of Terror 10 Mile is going well. Yesterday was an "easy" day, so I just did 25,000 steps. Today I will shoot for 35,000, which will be a new high. My son and daughter-in-law arrive a week from today, and the following Saturday is the race. All I want to do is finish and earn my first Disney bling. First of many to come, I am sure.
Thinking about the Princess Half Marathon in March. Am I crzay?
