I have been feeling the GREATEST lately. I have been feeling self conscious and not thinking I have been doing good enough with trying to lose weight lately. My husband is telling me that I am doing extremely good. I know I am not doing bad, but I feel like I am not doing the best either. :( With my legs being all chaffy lately, I have not been able to do as much, and not to mention I have been so tired after work. Luckily though I have the day off tomorrow (and it is payday) so I will be able to go to the gym for a while.. I have practiced yoga a few times. It's uncomfortable still but I am not going to give up because I really want to learn! It's just going to take me some time to get used to it and become more flexible. I just hope that soon enough I get it out of my head that I am doing good. I guess I will find out when I weigh myself again on Monday.

    Hey, don't let those scales let you feel one way or another. it is just ONE of the tools that we can use to see progress. I think you are doing fabulous. If you are able to stay with your eating plan and do exercises, that's the "Biggies". I hope you see the scales gong down, but remember that it is only a small part of the big picture. Keep on keeping on! You will see a new you in no time.
