Wow! I can hardly believe that! I hit 100,000 fitness minutes!! I used to be very athletic "back in the day" but as I got older and more settled I stopped doing everything. But one day I got a kick in the butt to get off of that butt and get moving again! I didn't go back to the sports I was doing (bowling, softball, volleyball), but I did exercise videos at home instead. A little bit at a time. I'm still using the videos at home but not all of the same ones .... that would be so boring. I have always enjoyed walking; that is a great one to fall back on if I don't get the video done. Over the years with being on Sparkpeople, I've also found that things such as gardening, house work (not my favorite thing!), volunteering at a local animal shelter, and playing with our own pets really add up and count!
