Canadian made maple pizzelles! To die for!

Thursday, September 20, 2012

my brother offered these to me and at first I refused because i wanted to keep eating healthy.

I reluctantly took them--for my husband-- ya ha! I honestly thought I could resist them.

Portions... also try the mindful eating trick. it is slowly, with small bites and fully enjoy it.

So are they healthy? I am beginning to find more and more things that fit my definition of healthy, and look and taste absolutely sinful. Healthy for me is readable, pronounceable ingredients, a good dose of fiber if possible, and nutrient dense-lots of vitamins and minerals for the calories spent.

I think it is super if healthy things actually taste delicious!! We don't have to go out and eat grass and bark just because we're dieting.

But it looks like I'd have difficulty eating only one serving!!

Had to check out your blog even though I really can't stand maple flavor...I absolutely love Pizzelles and I much I should stay away from them! That said, I wonder if I should pull my pizzelle iron out? LOL
