another bad day

Yesterday turned out even worse than Tuesday did as far as my intake. I am paying for it today, by feeling sluggish and overall not well. My skin is also breaking out from the junk food...I'm starting my period this weekend so I'm craving it more and its making this so difficult for me!!! However, I am going to commend myself again for tracking 100% what I ate. That is a goal, and I have stuck to it for two whole days, and even though I don't like what I'm seeing from the results, it is helping to see the truth all laid out for me.

Every day is a new day and a new chance to work harder...going to try to make today a better day!!! That's all I can do.

Oh yeah!! I forgot, I tried a recipe from the Spark website last night too..I altered a little bit based on what I had, but I made quinoa with black beans, green & red peppers, and onions. SO YUMMM. Brought leftovers for lunch today..can't wait!!! So healthy and so tasty. Hehe..going to look for more recipes to try.

    Tracking the food is the biggest challenge. Once the "eye opener" hits, you start making changes. Then, when you've made some minor changes, you begin to see results. AND when you begin to see results, you become more motivated to even do better! Good luck!

    It will seem difficult in the beginning and you won't like what you see in the tracker, but remember, like you said, each day is a new day, and each day we have the chance to make it a great day! One day at a time is all you need, and before you know it, it will turn into good weeks and months, etc.
Keep tracking, learning where you are going wrong. Try more of the yummy spark recipes! If you are ready to add another baby step, make sure you are drinking enough water that you are hydrated! It's a huge thing when it comes to weight loss and one I struggle with daily!
