Reasons to keep going

My daily calories have been high. This stresses me out. I have hit my first trip and fall and it makes me want to turn around and go back. But I do NOT want to go back. So I want to make note of the GOOD things I've been doing.

emoticon - I hit DAY 14 of a Spark Streak for logging in and getting my points!
emoticon - The reason I know my calories are high is because I'M FREAKING TRACKING MY FOOD!!!
emoticon - I'm STILL HERE.
emoticon - I'm going in later to work SO I CAN GET A WALK IN!
emoticon - I've made an effort to buy local farm fresh produce for home

It CAN be done.

    You are doing great. Knowing what you need to work on is the first step. I was good with my calorie intake during the summer, but since school has started, I have been eating more and drinking less water.

Awesome job on logging in!!!!! Knowledge is power so keep logging in every day. I have learned so much about nutrition and exercise in the past two years, since I joined Spark.

I hope you have nice weather for you walk. It is hot, hot, hot here in Miami. I got in 3 miles, but I was hawking and stalking my Garmin to watch it read 3.00.
