I worked my way right down the stairs this morning. First the flu for three days and now an achy tailbone. TGIF!

Oh! I've had a sucky week, but I'm going to get on the treadmill right now because NO ONE WILL WORKOUT FOR ME! Heck YA!

I squeezed in a 3-mile run before work this morning! emoticon
9'33 pace, 29:30 ~ not too bad considering how sore I was after boxing; shuffles are underestimated. emoticon
