This is me yesterday after exercising. My face was nice and red and my hair was drenched with sweat so I knew I had done enough. However this body told me this morning that it was more than enough *groan*
Yesterday I went for a 50minute walk/run followed by 20 x 2 steps, 3 minutes on the bike at 25kms an hour, 60 on the rowing machine, 20 situps, and 20 pushups.
I think the running did the damage, as I ran for about 1/4 of the distance I went. I know next time not to do so much running just yet
I ate approx 1177 calories yesterday and drank 8 glasses of water.
Only light exercise for me today, a thirty five minute uncomfortable stiff walk!
I went out for lunch and I am not sure how many calories that cost me. How does one count calories when eating out? I ordered chicken julienne with vegetables in a half serve. Of course there was gravy and cheese sauce...When it came out I removed all but three small pieces of chicken. My husband had the same meal so he was able to eat the chicken on my behalf. So because my calorie count was mucked up today I will just start fresh again tomorrow and hope I havent done too much damage
I have found my mood is improving and I am a lot happier already. Winter is such a horrible season, my diet and good intentions just went out the door. It is only three months of the year, so surely I can get on top of this and find a solution. Hopefully by the time next winter gets here I will be in control of my habits well and truly!
