Went for my weigh-in this morning, and after a few on again-off again pounds, I'm back on track.
I lost 2 pounds last week for a total of 20 pounds since the end of April.
It's an average of about 1 pound or so a week (and I wish it were more) but I'm making steady progress. I'm hoping to lose 8 more pounds by Christmas which will give me 2 more silver 7s. I'm one pound away from my 3rd silver, and I'm going on holiday to Wales this Saturday. I'm going to stay focused, get a lot of exercise, make sensible food choices, and with luck I'll have lost weight by the end of my holiday. Next weigh-in - 3 weeks from now.
