Yesterday I was still pulling out of the sickies. I still got to Zumba Toning yesterday but just used lower weights so I wouldn't kill myself. I REALLY wanted to get on the treadmill even if just for 15 minutes but it didn't happen. Oh well. :) Another Oh well is that I came back up one pound but that was kinda a given being I lost that being sick. I'll get it back off. I am so excited about the thought of creeping into the 130s!!! I CAN DO THIS! I CAN DO THIS! I CAN DO THIS!!!! YAY!!!! One day at a time, one pound at a time. I WILL GET THERE!!! TODAY WILL BE A GREAT DAY!!! FULL OF ENERGY AND LOVE AND HAPPINESS!!! I CAN DO THIS!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
