This week has been extremely, super hectic and stressful... that being said, by this time in a week like I am having I would have usually given in to stress eating oh, maybe about 10 times by now, in the past 3 days.
I am so excited and happy with myself... NO STRESS EATING!!!
No emotional eating, no bored eating, no mindless eating...
I have logged EVERYTHING that has gone into my mouth, and so far, other than Sunday, I have kept my calories in the low end of my calorie range. AND I have kept everything else in check too!!! And although my calorie count for Sunday was higher... it was still in my range! Oh, and the best part... I have been making such good choices that I have not been hungry all the time!
