This Was a Break?

Today I didn't want to do sit ups and push ups and Crunches, however I did half of the intervals. 20 minutes roughly. My foot is a little sore, and it's the same area that hurt a few weeks ago when I was training for a 5k. I don't want to over stress myself, so I did take a break... but I still exercised. :-P

I bought a dragon fruit today. I drove all the way over to a busy 4 lane multi mall dodge and drive part of town. I bought the only dragon fruit in what seems to be the state of South Carolina. But it's mine and I can do the "new fruit or vegetable" challenge for BLC 16. I'm eating it tomorrow because I don't have that many calories. I also bought a star fruit. So tomorrow will be a fun experience.

I need to get my resume together for my interview stuff tomorrow. And I just watched the BB finale. So both things kinda have my heart racing.

So yeah, I did take a break today because just like others, I need them too :-P

    Oh! I always want to try dragon and star fruits when I see them, but always chicken out on buying them for some reason. Please blog it when you try it and say how it is!

    I tried a dragon fruit the other day too. Interesting, huh? So bright and vivid, and yet so mild (well, I was expecting it to taste like pomagranate with a colour like that... though they can also be white, I think.

Also tried a Cactus Fruit... yet to try star. Mixing up foods is key for me. I need variety to thrive.

    Nice at tackling some of things you passed on me, tell me how you find them. Woohoo on the exercise. Its ok to rest up a bit, hope your foot gets better.

    LOL, breaks are a necessary evil I suppose. ;) But on a more serious note, yes definitely take it easier if you're in pain or injured. The last thing you want is to make it worse by using it when you shouldn't! Taking a couple days off is not that bad in the grand scheme of things. Now, tell me to practice what I preach. Hope your foot is better soon!!
