The many days since days 9 & 10

I think I am funny.

I had sugar Sunday. I teach card making classes and I didn't plan well so was hungry and my customers always bring sweets..

Otherwise, I have been doing GREAT re: sugar.

Also, no grains..

The challenge started Monday.

I'm in a much much better place than 2 weeks ago. LOVE IT! :)

I ran Monday and my shoulder hurt. *sigh* Going to run again tomorrow. I wanted to run today but I brought a tanktop and it was cold. I went to the Y and worked on my back.

my shoulder is soooooooore today. Hmph.
