So my whole motivation to get fit came from this bet i made with one of my friends. In 10 weeks, I with my family, and a couple of friends (including the one i made a bet with) will be going on a cruise (im not rich by the way, a family member is paying). anyway i somehow ended up making a bet with this friend that i could look good in a bikini by then. That was 3 months ago...and I just started working out last week. WOOHOOO for procrastination!
So yeah......ive got 10 weeks (actually it will be 9 in a couple days) to lose weight and get toned! I already lost 5 pounds the first week and my goal is to lose 25! I also started to notice my legs becoming firmer too, which i LOVE because i have horribly flabby thighs. they have been my curse in this world of short shorts. my stomach has gotten flatter too! so even after such a small amount of time I am already getting really excited and hopeful :D
