It has been awhile since I have blogged here on Spark. I have never stopped striving to become fit and healthy. I have had many ups and downs and recently experienced a long plateau.
My computer decided to die, we moved and it took a while to get up and running again. I really did miss all of my Spark friends and the daily motivation. My hubby is starting on his own journey, so it has made it a little easier to stay focused. I have even enlisted help from the children. We have made P.E. a part of our curriculum this year. It is so much fun to workout with them. They get a kick out of seeing mom do Burpees and mountain climbers, LOL.

?gid=57806.What I love about this challenge is that it ties the elements of Spirit, Physical and accountability together. We are challenged to memorize scripture weekly, Exercise at least 25 minutes, 4 Xs a week and to check in through personal blogs or on the Peak 313 website. I also plan to check in with my sweet Spark sisters weekly.
So my goal for the remainder of September is to lose 2lbs and cut way back on sugar and simple carbs. I know that I can do this because Christ gives me strength. I count on my Spark friends to hold me accountable. If you are reading this, thanks for stopping by.
